Free shipping on all orders over $50 CAD! This applies to both Canadian and US orders.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Pre-Order Items: Pre-order items will be shipped on their expected release dates, which are listed on each product page. You will receive an email notification when your pre-order ships.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress through our shipping carrier's website.

We use trusted shipping carriers including Canada Post (for Canadian orders) and USPS/FedEx (for US orders) to ensure reliable and secure delivery of your orders.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes (GST/HST) for Canadian customers. No additional customs fees apply.
For orders shipped to the United States, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be assessed by US Customs. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. The amount varies based on the value of the order and is determined by US Customs.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only modify addresses before the order ships.
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately if some items are pre-orders or have different availability dates. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Shipping charges apply only once per order, not per item.
