However, many families use our products together, regardless of age!

The clear visuals, simple language, and flexible use make our products accessible to a wide range of users.

The Feelings Flashcards come with a guidebook that includes various activities and discussion prompts. You can use them for daily check-ins, storytelling, emotion matching games, and empathy-building exercises. They're designed to be flexible - use them however works best for your family or classroom. Pre-order release dates are listed on each product page. The Anxiousness Story Book is expected in June 2024, the Everything Planner in July 2024, and the Caring Calendar in August 2024. We'll send you an email notification when your pre-order ships. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships.

Shipping times vary by location and method. Within Canada, standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, and express takes 2-3 business days. To the United States, standard shipping takes 7-10 business days, and express takes 3-5 business days. Processing time (1-2 business days) is additional. Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 CAD. This applies to both Canadian and US orders. For orders under $50, standard shipping is $5.99 CAD within Canada and $9.99 CAD to the US.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the shipping carrier's website (Canada Post for Canadian orders, USPS/FedEx for US orders) to monitor your package's progress.

Currently, we ship to Canada and the United States. International shipping to other countries is coming soon! If you're located outside these areas and would like to be notified when we expand shipping, please contact us.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unopened, or in original packaging) within 30 days of delivery. For complete details, visit our Returns Policy page.

To initiate a return, email us at me@wordology.ca with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

We cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged items, or if you received the wrong item. For returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it within 2-3 business days and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
